Goal?
we want to sell a number of exclusive 9 liter bottles to the highest bidder. 2 of them are offered to us by the god of brewing himself, Urbain, the brewer of the struise brouwers.The money that we make goes to Somival.
When?
As of March 17th you can bid on one or more of these fantastic bottles. On March 23th, we will appoint the bottles to the highest bidders. We want to give those people, that are enchanted by one of the beers at our happening an extra day to bring out a bid.
During our happening on March 22th, we will also auction three bottles live. These bottles will be Primula, Gaverhopke blond and Piraat.
If you would like to bring out a bid on one of these bottles, you will have to come to the Red Path in Waregem, Belgium on March 22th. Doors are open as of 13.00 PM CET.
How does it work?
Thanks to Urbain from the struise brouwers (who were chosen best brewers of the world 2008 on rate beer) we also found some collegues/friends of his who were willing to fill, completely free of charge, 9 liter bottles with their finest beers. They did this to support Somival. This bottles are now for sell on this site and during our festival.
On this site you can see the bottles that are up for auction. You also find some additional information on the beer. If you click on the logo of the desired bottle, you will be able to bid on this bottle.
The people that are present at the beerhappening in Waregem will be able to bid during our festival.
